SpotDuel Terms of Service

By downloading and playing SpotDuel you agree to these terms. SpotDuel is provided by Ethem Can Aslan, Ankara, Türkiye (support@etcas.dev). How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

1. Your account

• On first launch a guest account bound to your device is created. It cannot be moved to another device; deleting the app, resetting or replacing the device may lose the account.
• Your player name is visible to others. Offensive or misleading names, names impersonating someone else and brand names may be changed.
• You can delete your account for good at any time in Settings → Delete account.

2. Virtual currency and purchases

• Coins and gems, chests and objects are virtual items for use in the game only, with no real-money value; they cannot be sold, transferred or cashed out.
• Gem packs are bought through Google Play or the Apple App Store; payment, invoicing and refunds follow that store's terms.
• Digital content is delivered immediately, so with your agreement the right of withdrawal does not apply once delivery has begun. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. [Lawyer: wording and consent flow.]
• If a store refunds a purchase, the gems it gave are taken from your balance. If they were already spent, the balance can go below zero; later gems pay that off first.
• The odds of every chest's contents are shown in the game, next to the chest.

3. Fair play

Not allowed: cheats, automation or bots; modifying the client or its network traffic; exploiting bugs; trying to access other players' accounts; sending requests in volumes that harm the server. Violations can lead to trophies and rewards being reset and the account being suspended or closed. Virtual items in a closed account are not refunded.

4. Changes to the game

SpotDuel is a live game. Seasons, trophy resets, rewards, prices and rules may change. Playing may require the latest version, and the game may be unavailable during maintenance. If the game is shut down, this is announced in the game at least 30 days in advance.

5. Intellectual property

All rights in the game, its art, sounds and software belong to its provider or licensors. You get a limited, non-transferable right to play it for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Liability

The game is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, there is no liability for indirect damages or the loss of virtual items. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected. [Lawyer: scope of the limitation.]

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Consumers living in the EU keep the mandatory consumer protection of their country of residence.
