SpotDuel Account Deletion

You can delete your SpotDuel account and all data tied to it for good. Deletion cannot be undone.

In the game (immediately)

Open SpotDuel and tap the Settings button at the top right of the Play page.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away and the game starts again with a new, empty account. If you are in a match, finish it first.

Send an e-mail with the subject "Delete account" to support@etcas.dev with:

your player tag (starts with #) and player name,
if you made a purchase, the order number of one of them (to confirm the account is yours).

Once we have confirmed the account is yours, we delete it within 30 days and let you know.

Deleted: profile (name, tag), trophies and league, level and XP, coin and gem balances, objects and chests, match history, usage statistics, friendships, leaderboard records and cheat review records.
Kept: store purchase records, without your player id, to prevent receipt reuse and for financial obligations.
A deleted account stays in database backups for at most 14 days, then goes with the backups.
